As we move closer to the long awaited completion of our building redevelopment we can begin to appreciate the impressive external design.
Val Smith has a reputation as a fund raiser through he medium of car boot sales. So far this year she has raised £621 by this means. Well done Val! Val Smith

No, not in my beautiful balloon! However our new building is progressing well and has reached first floor level as these photos show.
Excavations for the foundations of the new building have revealed evidence that the recently demolished structure was built on the site of an old brewery.
Resurgam – ‘I will rise again’. Our building redevelopment works have reached that stage and, happily, are still on programme.
Very much so, you might say when you see the pictures below.

The 100 year old building which was our Young People’s hall is well on the way to being demolished as the pictures below show.

Our twice weekly cafe has now successfully transferred its activity to the Emmaus Church Centre, Clover Street, ME4 4DT, where it will continue until further notice (probably about 9 months).
