Hot Potato – Discussion evening
The title ‘Hot Potato’ refers to the content of the informal supper and also the topics being discussed are those which are ‘hot potatoes’ in that there are several different viewpoints and stances that people can take.
On Saturday 27 February 2010, from 7 – 9pm, we are beginning a series of guided discussion evenings on specific issues. The first topic is Gambling and the evening will be led by Major Beverley McCombe using the Salvation Army’s Positional Statements and other relevant material.
