Regular readers will know by now that Steve & Mel Scoulding are due to enter the William Booth College this autumn to train as Salvation Army officers.

This is another step on an exciting journey which began for them just 7 years ago. A farewell meeting will be held at Croydon Citadel (click on advert below for details) on Saturday 12 September led by Divisional Leaders, Lt Colonels Anthony & Gillian Cotterill and supported by Chatham Band. Five others from the Division will also be entering WBC this year, Clare Hayward (Ashford), Ashley Prodgers and John Clifton (Bromley), Sian Radford (Canterbury) and Xander Coleman (Dartford). Bromley Songsters together with a Joint Kids Choir from Ashford, Canterbury and Dartford will also be there in a supporting role.
