These views of the outside and inside of our Hall will soon become history!
The front entrance doors will be replaced with a window and the area benath the gallery will look quite different. The contractor, H Goodsell & Son Ltd, will take possession of the site on Monday 24 August and this will mean no access to the construction area for any persons other than the contractors staff, and authorised sub-contractors and specified corps representatives for the duration of the contract. The contract period is 12 weeks and the handover of the completed project is scheduled for Friday 13 November.
Arrangements have been made for changes to our Sunday worship programme during this period and specific details will be published on this website at regular intervals. Our morning meetings will be held in Fort Pitt Grammar School at the normal time of 10am and our evening meetings will be at Emmaus Church, Clover Street, joining with that congregation. The evening leadership will be shared between Majors Drew and Beverley McCombe and Rev Brian Adams. We look forward to sharing a time of Christian fellowship with our friends in Clover Street. These arrangements will start immediately following the commencement of works.
