Dockyard Church Concert

On Saturday next our Band, in collaboration with the Rainham Ladies Choir will be giving a Christmas concert in the Dockyard Church.

At very short notice (less than 24 hours) a group of bandsmen, together with Major Drew McCombe, assembled in Chatham High Street at 8am on Friday morning to take part in a live broadcast for BBC Radio Kent.

Christmas Concert for Inner Wheel

Celebrations at end of Alpha course

Another successful Alpha course concluded at the corps with a celebration party. Of the 19 attenders who started the discovering Christianity course, 7 were new to church.

This was the title of the song, sung beautifully by Paul Woodhouse, which brought a powerful conclusion to the carol concert presented by a cast and support team of over 100 people in Chatham’s Central Theatre.
