Local readers may like to know when they can hear the Band playing Christmas music in Chatham High Street this year.
Playing carols in 2007
There are five occasions when the band can be heard this year.
Sunday 6 December between 11.15am and 1.00pm
Saturday 13 December between 10.00am and 2.00 pm
Sunday 14 December between 11.15am and 1.00pm
Saturday 20 December between 10.00am and 2.00pm
Sunday 21 December between 11.15am and 1.00pm
The Band along with other music groups can also be heard at the Central Theatre this coming Saturday, 29 November, when The Salvation Army will be presenting ‘Christmas Around the World in 80 minutes’ (well, give or take a few). The concerts are timed at 3.00pm and 7.00pm and proceeds will be in aid of a local charity.
