Ladies Get Packing with Love
Ladies Fellowship this week was a very different affair from the normal meetings. Everyone was keen to cover shoeboxes in bright paper and pack them with gifts for all ages of people in Serbia.

Some ladies struggled with bright foil paper (donated by Gina) which kept getting out of control – the paper, not Gina. Others took delight in choosing appropriate gifts from the table piled high with donated goods. By the end of evening 17 shoeboxes had been filled and as we didn’t have any more boxes the remaining gifts were sorted ready for another group to enjoy covering and packing shoeboxes bound for Blytheswood Care and Serbia.
Major Beverley showed a DVD of the Helping Hand Scheme recipients for this year, women in India and Africa suffering from HIV and AIDS.
