Christianity for Life PLUS
A new course starts next Wednesday, 22 October at 7.45pm.
This is an informal 7-session course which will take place during the next few weeks. Wednesday evenings (7.45pm) and Sunday afternoons (3.00pm) will be used and each session will last about 90 minutes. The material follows on naturally from the Christianity for Life course and will feature “Reading the Bible today”, “The Holy Spirit”, “Growing in Prayer” (three sessions), “Called into Community” and “Called into Mission”.
Major Drew McCombe will be the guest presenter for the first session (Reading the Bible today) and Major Beverley McCombe will present (Our Father in Heaven – one of the 3 sessions on prayer)
The course is open to all those who are interested and will be run by Ray Maycock and Jean Jones. It is especially aimed at those who have undertaken the basic Christianity for Life course but this should not put anyone off attending if they feel the course would be helpful to them.
