Friday is the day when the toddlers will be taking their parents around the lake in Capstone Park. The challenge will start from 10am onwards and refreshments will be enjoyed afterwards.

A very full programme was led by YPSM Tracy Wood and Junior Soldiers Sergeant Melanie Scoulding last Sunday morning when it was the Junior Soldiers Day of Renewal. It included a dedication, enrolment of four new Junior Soldiers and the presentation of a Gold JS award.

This month’s Ladies Fellowship meeting was especially for those with a love of food, just desserts. Anna Beeching, and her mother, came with a selection of recipes which could be cooked in a microwave oven or prepared easily.
This week-end Chatham Corps played host to the Coventry City Band (Bandmaster Huw Ellis). The undoubted highlight of the week-end was when the home and visiting bands joined together in a march of witness and held an open air meeting in the High Street.
