Promoted to Glory
Ron Symonds, a resident of Medway and a member of this Corps all his life, was ‘promoted to glory’ from the Medway Maritime Hospital early this morning. Ron had been in the hospital since suffering a stroke about a week ago. We will bring news of the arrangements when we know them.
I remember Ron very fondly, always playing the percussion! Such a lovely man, he will be missed!
