Celebration and Thanksgiving
The funeral of Chris Page took place yesterday at the Medway Crematorium.

Preceding the committal was a service of celebration and thanksgiving at The Salvation Army Hall attended by nearly 90 people including family members and members of the corps. Whilst Chris was never a regular worshipper his wife Joan and the two daughters, Victoria and Helen, are always present.
Both the service and the committal were conducted by Major Kathy Woodhouse and the Songsters, at Joan’s request, sang ‘Under His Wings’. Songs 97, 895 and 1346 from Songs of Fellowship were included and Gwyneth Williams read from Psalm 23.
Chris will be deeply missed, both as a husband and a father. We pray that God will uphold Joan and the girls with His love.
