Silver Celebration

Rod and Theresa Tranah celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.

Rod and Theresa were not Christians when they married a quarter of a century ago and were not married in church. On Tuesday they took the opportunity of renewing their vows in front of a congregation of friends and relatives but, more importantly, in the presence of God. Much has changed in their lives in the intervening years and they are now preparing to engage in greater service for God with The Salvation Army.

Many friends and family members gathered for this lovely occasion and to extend their congratulations and best wishes for the future.

We, too, offer our congratulations to them both and assure them of our prayers for many more happy years together. Here are some pictures.

The service of renewal was conducted by Major Kathy Woodhouse.

  1. Congratulations Rod and Theresa, it looked really good. I wish I could have been there but I was at school. I hope that God will continue to bless you both
