Adherents Fellowship
Our first ever Adherents Fellowship was held last Sunday afternoon.
The Adherents
A group of 14 ‘adherents‘ attended together with Majors Jim & Alma Brown (Adherents Secretaries), Rosemary Steadman-Allen (Recruiting Sergeant) and Lt. Col. Ray Steadman-Allen.

After a period of prayer and a reading Rosemary introduced the concept of ‘soldiership’. This was amplified by Ray who spoke about his own leadings into Salvation Army officership and his response to God’s call. Three of those present indicated their own desires to proceed to become ‘soldiers‘ and they will attend soldiership classes in the New Year.
Getting the point across
A period of fellowship was then enjoyed over a cup of tea and some food. We are grateful to God for His continued leadings in developing our new members in the faith. Anyone wishing to know more about being a Christian or The Salvation Army should contact us
