Before going to University Cat has decided to take a ‘gap’ year and will be doing this through The Salvation Army’s Alove Essential programme. Click here for details of the programme.

Cat says ‘My gap year will entail working along side a Salvation Army corps, joining in with their community and outreach work, mainly with young people. It will also serve the purpose of enabling me to take part in some self development training and theological teaching’.

In order to help fund the gap year Cat is holding a quiz night this coming Saturday (30 June) to which all are invited.

She says ‘it starts at 7.30pm, at the Hall (see map below), bring along friends and family. Come in teams of 4 or as individuals and I can arrange a team for you. There will be a short interval where tea, coffee and juice will be provided.’
Team cost : £10
Individual: £2.50
