Michael Spree
Michael’s funeral took place yesterday afternoon (Thursday) at The Salvation Army, Chatham and was conducted by Major Malcolm Westwood.
Hymns used included ‘Lord of all hopefulness’, Great is thy faithfulness’ and ‘Abide with me’. Tributes were made by sons Robert and Christopher and Psalm 139 was read by Brian Lawrence. Around 55 people attended the service.

Afterwards Major Westwood led the Committal service at Medway Crematorium which concluded with the singing of scripture from Jude 1:24-25 (recording)
Daphne, Robert and Christopher, together with other members of the family asked us express their thanks to Major Westwood for conducting both the services.
